Stadia tells you to start the game and connect there, but there is no way to do so.Ī bit of poking around, and I figured it out. So yesterday when the game released on Stadia, I claimed the title and tried to jump in, but the method for connecting the accounts was a little obtuse. Beat the rush, if you know what I'm saying. Since the Stadia version of ESO has cross-play and cross-progress, I figured I would get a character through tutorial island, and up to level 10 so I could have a mount ready to go when I started on Stadia.
I did a quick scan of my Steam library, and as I suspected, I had a copy of ESO lurking in there. When I heard that the Elder Scrolls Online was releasing as part of the Free with Pro program on Stadia, I knew that I would want to finally engage with this extremely popular game.
